The soursop or graviola leaf is used to treat and prevent some types of cancer, it is beneficial for the circulatory system, since it can reduce hypertension levels and regulate blood flow; it can deal with tumors, various liver abnormalities, insects, parasites, etc. It also regulates asthma, bronchitis, cough and fights diabetes. Scientific studies reveal that graviola has excellent properties but these properties have not yet been scientifically proven in humans . Its use and recommendation comes from the tradition of popular medicine.

The Graviola is a tree also known as the Soursop tree, it grows in almost all of tropical America. Graviola is highly appreciated in Latin America for its fleshy fruits, with a very pleasant flavor and which is consumed both directly, as well as in juices, nectars, drinks, jams and ice creams.

In general terms, the consumption of graviola is totally safe and in principle it does not generate any side effects in our body. It may be that in some specific cases, various minor problems occur that depend largely on the specific state of the person.

However, there are various groups categorized as at risk, although without have harmful effects on your body, but its consumption has not been shown to be safe either.
