Consumption Mode
Almond flour behaves differently than other types of flour. This is due to its high fiber content that absorbs up to twice as much liquid and due to the absence of gluten.
In the case of yeast preparations, we can only substitute 10-20% of wheat flour for almond flour and increase liquids by 5-10%.
In recipes without yeast, we can, Or, use 100% almond flour and increase the liquid since this flour adsorbs up to twice as much liquid, or reduce the amount of flour by half.
