Steviol glycosides are purified sweeteners from the Stevia leaf, which have a very intense sweetening power, while remaining natural, since they are between 40 and 300 times sweeter than sucrose or table sugar.

Consumption Mode

- To sweeten a cup of beverage such as hot chocolate: ⅛ – ¼ teaspoon of coffee.
- To sweeten jam: as we mentioned before, it will depend on the fruit that we are using, but an average of 1 gr for every 250 gr of fruit serves as an orientation.
